  • Shipped Products: Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 24 hours after receiving your order by e-mail to texasscreenonline@gmail.com and we’ll take care of you.

 

  • Our Print-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy: If your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you.

 

  • Blanks provided by customers: Although we try our best to print right, sometimes some of the material provided by the customer is not as friendly to our equipment, such as ink if printed Bleeding, Cracking, Washout, Can't take the heat (300F) to cure ink on shirts, anything may occur. Therefore We don't guarantee our services on customers' products nor responsible for the damage to their garment. Someone said a long time ago "screen printing is science!"

 

  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

 

  • In-store order/pickups: Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and signed for it, it is considered "accepted" as-is.
    Upon pickup please do verify your merchandise, no claims will be accepted once it leaves the store. Such as the count of shirts, design, spelling, shirts, apparel, colors etc.,

 

  • Can I cancel my order after placing it? In order to meet our guaranteed delivery dates, we process orders very quickly after they are placed (often within minutes). If you reach us over the phone before we begin processing your order, we can cancel the order for you. Once we start processing your order, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
